Obsidian Therapy
Authentic, Culturally Responsive Therapy for Meaningful Growth
About Obsidian Therapy
Obsidian Therapy provides convenient virtual psychotherapy services for adolescents, adults, and older adults seeking support with life's challenges, transitions, relationships, stress, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and personal growth. Licensed in Florida, Nevada, Colorado, and Oklahoma, I offer a collaborative, person-centered, and culturally informed therapeutic approach. My practice is built on the belief that clients are the experts on their own lives, and my role is to provide guidance, support, insight, and accountability while helping you build on your existing strengths.
What sets Obsidian Therapy apart is the balance between warmth and challenge. Clients describe the experience as approachable, relatable, and down-to-earth, while also being direct when needed. I am especially passionate about serving populations that have historically experienced barriers to mental health care, including Black individuals, veterans, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. My practice is affirming, inclusive, and committed to providing culturally responsive care. Therapy here is conversational, authentic, and free from unnecessary clinical jargon—a genuine human connection where you can show up as your full self.
